What is AIS?

The Association for Information Systems (AIS) serves society through the advancement of knowledge and the promotion of excellence in the practice and study of information systems. AIS is the premier professional association for individuals and organizations who lead the research, teaching, practice, and study of information systems worldwide.

AIS strives to cultivate education and personal and professional growth in its members. To do so, AIS exposes its members to industry knowledge by way of various speakers and networking opportunities. Additionally, AIS and its members foster inclusivity and creativity within the organization through team case competitions and technical workshops where members have to come up with solutions to problems presented to them. AIS members are intelligent, driven individuals who are compelled to make changes in the world.
