Our annual IT Career Fair is the perfect opportunity for employers looking to recruit MIS majors, minors, and graduate students. Each year, we have 300+ students and 30+ companies attend, allowing our corporate partners to recruit for a wide variety of internship and full-time IT positions. This year’s career fair will be held on Wednesday, Sep. 16th in the Howard Gittis Student Center – Room 200. Non-profit organizations can receive a lower rate, and IBIT sponsors can attend for free. All sponsors will have their company logo added to our website. We host our weekly newsletters and member resources on our site, and based on our analysis, it receives hundreds of views every week from our members.

Each year, we offer all of our members free merchandise such as t-shirts and drawstring bags. Gold tier sponsors will have their logo displayed on these items to spread the word about your involvement with AIS.

We send a monthly newsletter to our members detailing internship and full-time job opportunities from our corporate partners. Sponsors will have their openings highlighted and placed at the top of the list, giving you premium advertising to our members.

All sponsors will have the option to be highlighted on our LinkedIn page and other social media sites. With a large membership following, we maintain high engagement on these platforms, and we would be thrilled to feature your company and any opportunities you may have open!

In the fall and spring semesters, we host a wide variety of events for our members, including guest speaker sessions, office tours, and corporate workshops. With 250+ members, our attendance numbers are always strong, even at later times in the semester. Platinum sponsors will be given priority scheduling of an event of your choosing. AIS recently began hosting a networking event at the end of the spring semester. While it is less formal than the IT Career Fair, it is still an excellent opportunity for your attendees to connect with students, AIS officers, MIS faculty, and our alumni. This year, the event was held at North Bowl in Philadelphia, and we plan to organize a similar event next year.

All Temple MIS students create an e-portfolio that features their involvement in the department along with their resume. While we open these portfolios to all career fair attendees, sponsors will have access to these portfolios all year, allowing you to target high-achieving students who you think would fit your company.
